THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ANASTASIA, ANTHONY, BAKERSVILLE,
BELLAIR, BOSTWICK, BURBANK, CARRAWAY, DOCTORS INLET, DURBIN,
FRUIT COVE, GAINESVILLE, GAINESVILLE AIRPORT, LAKESIDE,
MIDDLEBURG, NEWNANS LAKE, OCALA, OCALA AIRPORT, ORANGE PARK,
PALATKA, PALM COAST, PALM VALLEY, PONTE VEDRA BEACH, SWITZERLAND,
AND WEIRSDALE.
