Flood Warning issued April 3 at 11:23AM EDT until April 3 at 3:30PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Pennsylvania,
including the following counties, in east central Pennsylvania,
Berks and Lehigh. In southeast Pennsylvania, Chester and
Montgomery.
* WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1122 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since yesterday.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area through this afternoon.
- For Little Lehigh at Trexlertown near Little Lehigh Creek:
At 10:15am the stage was 3.86 feet.
Flood Stage is 4.5 feet.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
