* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Fairfield County in central Ohio...
North central Hocking County in central Ohio...
* Until 830 PM EDT.
* At 753 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast
of Canal Winchester, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include...
Lancaster, Canal Winchester, Baltimore, Bremen, Pleasantville,
Hide-A-Way Hills, Royalton, Lithopolis, Amanda, Thurston, Carroll,
Sugar Grove, Rushville, West Rushville, Fairfield County Airport,
US Route 22 at State Route 159, Hideaway Hills, Clearport, North
Berne, and Dumontville.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
