Description
Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J, York Station is conducting a missing/endangered person investigation for 47-year-old Michael Ruppert from Red Lion, PA. Ruppert was last seen on April 2, 2024 wearing blue jeans, black sweatshirt or green Carhart jacket, brown work boots, and a black hat with a white “C” emblem. He is described as a white male approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 280 pounds. Ruppert was last known to be operating his red 2001 Dodge Ram 2500, bearing PA Registration: YDL5830. The Pennsylvania State Police are asking the public to contact PSP York Station at 717-428-1011 if they have any information on Ruppert’s whereabouts or his vehicle.
