Flood Warning issued April 2 at 12:45PM EDT until April 2 at 4:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.

* WHERE...Allegheny, Beaver, Greene and Washington Counties in
Pennsylvania, and Brooke, Hancock and Ohio Counties in West
Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1243 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing
flooding across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Although widespread rain has ended for the next several
hours, runoff into larger creeks and streams is leading to
ongoing rising water levels.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Moon Township, Weirton, Washington, Franklin Park, East
Liverpool, Aliquippa, Canonsburg, Waynesburg, Avella,
Economy, Ambridge, Baden, Ohioville, Harmony Township,
Wolfdale, McGovern, Midland, Imperial, East Washington and
Industry.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
