Flood Watch issued April 2 at 11:44AM EDT until April 2 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
areas, Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson
OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas, Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver,
Butler, Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher
Elevations of Indiana, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Indiana,
Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia, including the
following areas, Brooke, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Hancock,
Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern
Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected
through this evening. Much of the watch area has received 2
to 3 inches of rain over the past 48 hours, leading to
saturated soils and rises in creeks and streams along with
urban flooding. Additional rainfall through this evening of
1 to 2 inches with locally 3 inches is expected.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
