Hello Residents!
Due to widespread rainstorms, please use extreme caution when traveling throughout the Township. We have been made aware of flooding on Alter Road, Pearl Street, Silverville Road and traffic hazards including mud and debris on Freeport Road going toward Freeport Borough and on Spring Hill Road near North Canal Street. Alter Road is currently closed near National Road Utility Supply. Please limit your travel unless absolutely necessary at this time as State, County, and Harrison Township Public Works are working on the problems. If travel is necessary, proceed with caution and do not attempt to drive through standing water. Please report sightings of trees or wires down over the roadways.
