Flood Warning issued April 2 at 9:58AM EDT until April 2 at 4:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
occurring.

* WHERE...Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, west central Allegheny, southern Beaver, Greene and
Washington and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including
the following counties, Brooke, Hancock and Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 956 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and
2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches is expected
through this evening, with locally higher amounts possible.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Moon Township, Weirton, Washington, Franklin Park, East
Liverpool, Aliquippa, Canonsburg, Waynesburg, Avella,
Economy, Ambridge, Baden, Ohioville, Harmony Township,
Wolfdale, McGovern, Midland, Imperial, East Washington and
Industry.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
