Description
The Housing and Community Development Division of the York County Planning Commission is currently in the process of preparing the County’s 2024 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Act (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (H-ESG) Programs. The Annual Action Plan will set forth anticipated funding for Program Year (PY) 2024, plus a list of projects/activities that the County proposes to fund with the grant monies.
All proposed projects/activities must be consistent with the goals and objectives set forth in the County’s PY 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan in an effort to meet identified housing and community development needs. You are invited to participate in the following public hearing at which information on the anticipated funding and proposed projects/activities will be presented:

All citizens of York County, as well as representatives of municipalities and public service agencies, are urged to participate in the meetings. Public input is an essential component of the County’s Consolidated Planning effort.
