March 27, 2024 UPDATE: At the March 26, 2024 council meeting, the amendment to the Rental Property Ordinance which would have eliminated Article II – Lead-Based Paint Inspections, was vetoed, and the veto was not overridden by Borough Council based on the requirements of the PA Borough Code. Therefore, the existing Rental Property Ordinance remains unchanged and in full effect, including the requirements set forth in Article II for lead-based paint inspections. https://manheimboro.org/notice-to-landlords/
