Flood Warning issued March 23 at 3:02PM EDT until March 23 at 5:15PM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following
county, New Castle, central New Jersey, including the following
county, Mercer, and southeast Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and
Philadelphia.
* WHEN...Until 515 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 301 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area.

At 2:45pm the stage was 9.84 feet and rising.
