Flood Watch issued March 23 at 3:49AM EDT until March 23 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Adams, Lancaster, Lebanon and York.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Storm total rainfall by the mid afternoon hours today will be
between 1.5 and 2 inches over much of the watch area, with
the heaviest rain likely falling to the east and south
respectively of the Interstate 83 and 81 corridors.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
