ATTN: Met Ed is doing a project and will be shutting off the electricity to Goldsboro. This is going to include the town of Goldsboro and Shelley's Riverview. The time frame they have given us is March 23, around 10:00pm-6:00am. Please share as much as you can, considering it is supposed to be a fairly cold night. Remember to keep refrigerator doors closed and to check up on the elderly. Also, please be careful with candles and any kerosene heaters. Make sure your cell phones are charged. If you need the fire dept please call 911.
