Special Weather Statement issued March 20 at 6:36PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 635 PM EDT, snow showers were located 10 miles south of Guys
Mills, or 11 miles northwest of Franklin, moving southeast at 30 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these snow showers.
Locations impacted include...
Oil City, Franklin, Sugarcreek, Hasson Heights, Seneca, Polk,
Rouseville, Cooperstown, Kennerdell, Woodland Heights, Utica, New
Lebanon, Sheakleyville, Maurice K Goddard State Park, Oil Creek State
Park, and Cranberry Township.
This includes Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 134
and 137.
Snow will lead to reduced visibilities and hazardous travel
conditions.
