Special Weather Statement issued March 20 at 3:00PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 250 PM, clusters of gusty showers were ahead and along a strong
cold front were from near Williamsport, southward to near Sunbury.
The showers are moving east at 50 mph.
Brief heavy rain and wind gusts to 45 to 50 mph will occur in and near
these showers through the late afternoon hours.
