Smoke Testing for Sewer Lines Begins Today

Description
Manchester Township's Public Works Department will be conducting smoke tests of the sanitary sewer lines over the next few weeks. Smoke should not enter a premise unless a leak is present. This smoke is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and will not leave a stain. If smoke enters a home, it will soon dissipate.
Any presence of smoke within the house should be reported to the township office at 717-764-4646. If you have questions, please call the office.
The testing will begin in Vintage Acres, then move to Mountain View, and finally Raintree.
