Description
This registration is used to assist in community planning for mass evacuation and is shared with first responders so that they are aware of those individuals that may need assistance during a disaster or local emergnecy. This registry is voluntary. There is a direct link on Hallam Borough's website and paper forms are available in the Borough office.
