At 1221 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Franklin, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Oil City, Franklin, Sugarcreek, Hasson Heights, Seneca, Polk,
Rouseville, Cooperstown, Woodland Heights, Utica, Fryburg, Cranberry
Township, and Oil Creek State Park.
