Description
We have been informed by Waste Connections that they could not finish the route today due to "a major suspension issue that caused the truck to be towed in".
The City is aware that this is the third week in a row trash service has been delayed due to various truck issues and we certainly share any frustrations you may be experiencing. This issue will be addressed with regional management.
If you have not received service today, please leave your carts at the curb as they will be returning first thing Wednesday morning.
If you still have not received service by 4 p.m. on 3/13/2024 please give us a call at 254-859-5700 to report a missed collection.
