Flood Warning issued March 10 at 4:16AM EDT until March 10 at 8:30AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Berks.
* WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 416 AM EDT, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- For Manatawny Creek at Spangville:
At 3:15am the stage was 6.44 feet.
Flood Stage is 6 feet.

For Schuylkill River at Reading:
At 3:15am the stage was 7.04 feet.
Flood Stage is 15.5 feet.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
