Winter Weather Advisory issued March 9 at 11:42PM EST until March 11 at 2:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as high
as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds may gust as high as 45 mph within any
heavy snow bands. Brief periods of snow squall conditions will be
possible during the day, greatly reducing visibilities.
