Flood Warning issued March 9 at 11:28PM EST until March 10 at 4:30AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Pennsylvania, including the
following county, Berks.

* WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1127 PM EST, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- For Manatawny Creek at Spangville:
At 11:15pm the stage was 5.91 feet.
Flood Stage is 6 feet.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
