MOBILE OFFICE IN ROSSLYN FARMS
My Mobile Office will be making a stop at the Rosslyn Farms Community Center from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 14. Many of the services that I offer in my district office will be available, including Property Tax/Rent Rebate program applications, renewing PRT Senior ConnectCards and searching for unclaimed property.
I hope to see you there! If you’re not able to make it out, please call my district office at 412-928-9514 to schedule an appointment for help with any state government services or programs.
2024 PRIMARY ELECTION
Pennsylvania’s Primary Election is Tuesday, April 23.
You may choose to either vote in-person or by mail. Either way, the deadline to register to vote is Monday, April 8. Check your registration status here or register online here.
If you’d like to vote by mail, apply for an absentee or mail-in ballot by Tuesday, April 16. Ballots must be received by the Allegheny County Board of Elections by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
The Allegheny County Elections website has more information on where to find your polling place to vote in-person and the locations of drop boxes.
SPRING FORWARD
Spring is almost here! Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead for Daylight Saving Time before you go to bed on Saturday night, so you can be on time for all your Sunday activities.
The state Fire Commissioner also recommends using Spring Forward as a time to test the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors in your home and replace any batteries, if needed.
