Coastal Flood Advisory issued March 8 at 2:36PM EST until March 11 at 12:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ
* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level
expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways.
* WHERE...Queen Annes, Talbot and Caroline.
* WHEN...From 1 PM EST Saturday to midnight EDT Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most
vulnerable roads in bayside communities and along tidal
waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The next two tides should remain below
flood levels. Tidal flooding may begin with Saturday afternoons
high tide.
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.
