CRIME WATCH REPORT FOR FEBRUARY 2024:
Area 1- Coordinator (Vacant)
Area 2 – Coordinator-Sandy Gibson
Area 3– Coordinator- Diane McQuaide
2-21-24. Items were stolen from a purse at the library.
Area 4- Coordinator- Amy Buchman
Area 5- Coordinator- Mary Fleming
2-05-24. Multiple reports were received for shots fired in the area of Clearview Ave., McMunn Ave. and Bradford Ave. No victims were located and no crime scene was located.
Area 6- Coordinator- Bill & Janet Finlay Jr.
2-21-24. An unlocked vehicle on Broadhead Ave. was entered and rummaged through overnight. Loose change was stolen.
Tips/advice:
Please report anything or anyone suspicious to 911 immediately. Legitimate businesses will never ask you for personal information over the phone, email or text message.
The Crafton Police Department cannot stress it enough to lock your vehicles all of the time and to not leave valuable items inside your vehicle, especially in plain view.
