Special Weather Statement issued March 3 at 6:28AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
Locally dense fog has developed across the region with visibilities
at
some locations dropping to less than 1/4 of a mile.
Please exercise caution through the morning hours if you will be
traveling as visibilities can change rapidly over a short distance.
The fog is expected to dissipate by mid morning.
