Description
Please be advised that at the February 27, 2024 Borough Council meeting, Council voted to repeal Article II Lead-Based Paint Inspections from the Rental Property Ordinance. Therefore, effective immediately, the requirements of this Article are no longer necessary.
The action to adopt the amended ordinance will be on the March 12, 2024 borough council meeting agenda.
