Please be advised that at the February 27, 2024 Borough Council meeting, Council voted to repeal Article II Lead-Based Paint Inspections https://ecode360.com/40577744 from the Rental Property Ordinance. Therefore, effective immediately, the requirements of this Article are no longer necessary.
