Description
You're invited to an upcoming public meeting aimed at presenting plans and gathering input for PennDOT's Lawrence Park/Wesleyville Trail Study. The study area encompasses Water St/Lawrence Parkway (Route 4027) from East Lake Road (Route 5) in Lawrence Park to Buffalo Road (Route 20) in Wesleyville, including two pedestrian bridges at Bell Street and Curtis/Napier Park.

The Water Street corridor serves as Wesleyville's exclusive northward connection and the primary gateway to our neighbor Lawrence Park, where our schools and library are located. Currently underutilized, this study seeks to identify necessary investments to the corridor to enhance safety and functionality for both communities.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5, from 5:00-7:00 PM at the Iroquois High School Auditorium (4301 Main Street, Erie, PA 16511). A brief presentation will commence shortly after 5:00 PM.

For those unable to attend or requiring project documents in alternative languages or formats, feedback, questions, or requests for translation/interpretation services can be directed to Elisa Kownacki at EMKownacki@mccormicktaylor.com or 412-770-9457.

We ask that you share the public meeting details with other members our community, urging them to attend and contribute their input.
