Wednesday, February 21st between 9:30A and 3:00P at the intersection of Penn Avenue and the Greensburg Pike Bridge (leading up to WalMart) there will be construction to replace the traffic signal equipment - this intersection will be temporarily a FOUR WAY STOP. All traffic signals during this time will not be operational. Use extreme caution during this time when traveling through this area and TREAT THIS INTERSECTION AS A FOUR WAY STOP. Motorists failing to yield the right of way or stop will be issued a traffic citation.
