Special Weather Statement issued February 17 at 5:59PM EST by NWS State College PA
Numerous snow showers will continue to move quickly from
northwest to southeast across central Pennsylvania into early this
evening. Brief bursts of heavy snow may produce very localized
and brief whiteout conditions along with rapid changes in road
conditions. Motorists should be alert and prepared for locally
hazardous driving conditions and slick roads that could lead to
accidents.
