Winter Weather Advisory issued February 17 at 5:42AM EST until February 17 at 7:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Steady snow transitioning this morning to scattered snow
showers and localized snow squalls. Total snow accumulations of
Storm total snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of North-Central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West-Northwest winds gusting up to 35 mph
at times later this morning and this afternoon could create
areas of blowing and drifting snow and low visibility.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts will include snow
covered roads and limited visibility.
