Winter Storm Warning issued February 16 at 1:39PM EST until February 17 at 9:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6
inches.
* WHERE...Franklin, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster
Counties.
* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all
travel restrictions and delay unnecessary travel as significant
winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous.
