In the wake of Hurricane Idalia, community members made financial contributions (GoFundMe, Scooter Haven event, Citrus Blossom Lions Club, etc.) intended to assist local residents directly impacted by the flooding. The Inglis Yankeetown Lions Club was selected to serve as an organizing entity for disbursement to victims.
