"In order to allow plow crews to focus on the streets, as well as for the safety of our crews, we have decided to cease operations for today, February 13. We will be operating on a holiday schedule for the remainder of the week. Tuesday customers material will be collected on Wednesday. Wednesday customers material will be collected on Thursday, and so on through Saturday." Penn Waste Notification
