Winter Weather Advisory issued February 13 at 3:52AM EST until February 13 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to two inches.
* WHERE...Clearfield, Northern Centre, Sullivan and Southern
Lycoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts will include snow
covered roads and limited visibility.
