Winter Weather Advisory issued February 13 at 3:52AM EST until February 13 at 1:00PM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Wet snow. Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches.
* WHERE...Adams, York and Lancaster Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will change to snow through the
predawn hours with heavy snow rates 1-2 inches per hour
expected during the morning commute.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts will include snow
covered roads and limited visibility.
