Winter Storm Warning issued February 13 at 2:24AM EST until February 13 at 3:00PM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Hunterdon and Somerset. In
Pennsylvania, Berks and Upper Bucks.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Particularly heavy snowfall will be
possible around the time of the morning commute, with snowfall
rates of more than 1 inch per hour possible, making for a
potentially treacherous morning commutes.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
