Winter Weather Advisory issued February 12 at 5:48PM EST until February 13 at 1:00PM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Adams, York and Lancaster Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions should impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will fall late this evening, then
change to snow toward dawn. The snow could fall heavily during
the morning commute, then should taper off by late morning.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission remind motorists to adjust speeds based on
driving conditions as winter weather impacts will include snow
covered roads and limited visibility.
