Winter Storm Watch issued February 12 at 2:15PM EST until February 13 at 1:00PM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. The heaviest snow will likely fall
between 6 am and 10 am Tuesday, with potential high impacts on
the morning commute from 1 to 2 inch per hour snowfall rates.
Total snow accumulations of 1 to 5 inches possible, and the
highest amounts likely north of the Turnpike and west of
Interstate 83 and the lowest amounts across far southeastern
York and Lancaster Counties. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph
from the north to northwest Tuesday morning.

* WHERE...Adams, York and Lancaster Counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The expected storm track is farther south
than previous forecasts. This will likely result in heavier
snowfall for the area. The snow will be heaviest during the
morning commute.
