Description
This program is designed to give participants the tools they need to build confidence in their abilities to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives. These tools will help participants deal with symptoms of cancer and treatment like fatigue, sleeplessness, shortness of breath, stress and emotional problems like depression, anger, fear and frustration.
The program is held for 2.5 hours, once a week for six weeks.
It is for those 60+ Caregivers are also welcome.
The program is FREE.
