Winter Storm Warning issued February 12 at 10:26AM EST until February 13 at 11:00AM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 8
inches.

* WHERE...The Central and Northern Mountains of Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 11 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will turn to snow overnight. The
snow may be lighter than previously forecast north of I-80 as
the storm track now appears to be farther to the south. The
snow is still expected to be heaviest during a 3 to 4 hour
period late tonight and very early Tuesday morning.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Pennsylvania
Turnpike Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all
travel restrictions and delay unnecessary travel as significant
winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous.
