Winter Storm Watch issued February 11 at 3:38AM EST until February 13 at 1:00PM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 inches
or more possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From Monday evening through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will start as a light rain
before turning to snow, becoming steadier and heavier Monday
night. Snowfall rates greater than 1 inch per hour may occur
overnight into early Tuesday morning. Accumulations in the
valleys will be lighter than on the hill tops as the rain may
last longer in the valleys.

impact travel.
