Recently, NOTICE – Wilkinsburg-Penn Joint Water Authority (WPJWA) transitioned to a new payment processing and billing format. Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that because of this transition, some customers may experience incorrect information on monthly bills. The staff at WPJWA are working to resolve this billing anomaly.
Although we believe this billing issue is affecting a small number of customers, we apologize for any confusion and inconvenience. We are dedicated to delivering accurate bills and continually working to improve our services.
