THE BOROUGH OF LIBERTY WOULD LIKE TO REMIND EVERYONE THAT WE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE A DOG PARK. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY DOGS ON THE MANOR FIELDS (BIG AND SMALL), THE SOCCER FIELD, THE SENIOR CITIZEN PAVILION (BACK BEHIND MANOR SCHOOL), & LATROBE FIELD. WE APOLOGIZE IF THIS IS AN INCONVENIENCE FOR ANYONE BUT WE NEED TO KEEP THE FIELDS IN WORKING AND PLAYABLE CONDITION. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR UNDERSTANDING.
