Utilities Notice Update on low water pressure

Description
Public works has found the issue and is slowly resolving it. Air in the lines is causing the low pressure. They opened some hydrants to push the air through.
Pressure is building up slowly so they don't break any pipes. Hopefully full pressure will be restored by the morning. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
