Special Weather Statement issued January 28 at 1:24PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
At 122 PM EST, a band of heavier wet snow that was capable of
producing 1 to 2 inches of quick accumulation was located near
northern Clarion County and was nearly stationary.
Locations impacted include...
Oil City, Franklin, Clarion, Brookville, Marienville, Knox,
Sugarcreek, Reynoldsville, Brockway, Tionesta, Hasson Heights, Falls
Creek, Seneca, Polk, Strattanville, Rouseville, Shippenville,
Cooperstown, Corsica, and Woodland Heights.
This includes Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 71
and 96.
Snow will lead to reduced visibilities and the potential for slick
road conditions. Slow down and allow extra time when traveling.
