Winter Storm Warning issued January 28 at 4:34AM EST until January 29 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8
inches, with locally up to 10 inches in the Catskills of
Greene County.
* WHERE...In Massachusetts, Northern Berkshire County. In New
York, Western Albany and Western Greene Counties. In Vermont,
Western Windham County.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Sunday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult due to snow covered
roadways and reduced visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Valley areas will see snow mixed with
rain during the day on Sunday, reducing snow accumulations.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
