Special Weather Statement issued January 26 at 10:21PM EST by NWS State College PA
Patchy dense fog with visibility dipping below a quarter of a
mile is possible. This locally dense fog will lead to rapidly
changing conditions for travel.
Use caution and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions. Slow
down and allow plenty of braking distance between you and the
vehicle ahead.
