Special Weather Statement issued January 25 at 4:14AM EST by NWS State College PA
The visibility this morning will vary widely. Most locations
should have visibilities of more than a mile. However, local
spots, especially the hill tops, will have the visibility down
closer to one-quarter of a mile. Please use extra caution while
driving this morning.
